Happy Birthday Elgin! Help celebrate 150 years of community at our official Founder's Day Birthday Bash at Booker T. Washington Elementary School. Our official Founder's Day program kicks off at 10 a.m., followed by History in the Halls and the old fashioned style Birthday Party from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.! Join in on the party with your friends, neighbors and founders! There will be cake, history, and fun for everyone!
