Non-Profit Funding Applications Available

The City of Elgin is accepting Non-Profit Funding Applications for the FY 2021-2022 Annual Budget. All Non-Profits in the community must complete their application packets and return them by noon on December 3, 2021 to the City Secretary via email only at Application packets may be found on the City of Elgin website here: or picked up at Elgin City Hall. The City of Elgin accepts funding requests only from organizations that are tax exempt or have applied for tax-exempt status under sections 501(c)(3) of the IRS. Organizations applying must directly serve Elgin citizens and cannot be umbrella funding organizations. Decisions will be made by the end of January 2022.
