June
12th & 13th
2009
This
year is the 10th Annual Elgin Juneteenth Celebration. A milestone
in history for Elgin and it is also the 100th anniversary of the
NAACP. We have many things to celebrate and commemorate and to
be thankful. Our town has come a long way to becoming more diversified
and working toward being a city of “Unity”. Our Juneteenth
mission is “Let’s put unity back into Community”.
Our celebration has many activities and everyone is welcome. Please
