Greg Vick comes to us with over 34 years of municipal government experience, ranging in cities with 40 employees to over 400. Greg brings 19 years of experience as a city manager and 11 years as an assistant city manager. Areas of specialty include all areas of development and economic development, including development from 1 lot to over 1,000 acres. Greg has been involved in creating TIFs, PIDs and multiple Section 380 agreements.
