Envision Elgin Community Development Team
Meets Quarterly on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Consists of 35 members representing all other boards, city and school district administration and 5 at-large positions. Resposible for implmenting the Strategic Plan developed by the board. The Strategic Plan consists of the following Focus Areas, Business Recruitment, Business Retention, Education, Quality of Life, Historic Preservation, Tourism, Sustainable Growth, and Regionalism.
