September 11th Relay For Life Elgin Chair Retreat: 9am to noon at First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall - 206 W 3rd. All Chairs and Committee Members are invited as well as anyone who would like to see how we put Relay For Life Elgin together and find their niche to be on a committee. Residents are encouraged to turn on their porch lights, from 6 to 8 pm, and spend the evening outside with their neighbors.
